1. General Terms

By using TOPSTUDIO's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Company" = TOPSTUDIO (โซเชียล มีเดีย มาร์เก็ตติ้ง / Social Media Marketing) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 1430100116773
• "Client" = Individual/Company requesting services
• "Services" = Digital marketing services as specified in the agreement
• "Platform" = Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other tools

2. Services and Responsibilities

2.1 Scope of Services

TOPSTUDIO provides the following services:

• Social Media Management
• Facebook Advertising
• Business Account Setup
• Content Creation
• Consultation & Strategy
• Reporting & Analytics

2.2 TOPSTUDIO's Responsibilities

• Provide professional-standard services
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Deliver reports on schedule
• Make improvements based on feedback

2.3 Client's Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant account access
• Pay on time
• Comply with platform policies
• Report issues immediately

2.4 Limitations of Liability

TOPSTUDIO is not responsible for:

• Results that don't meet expectations (market-dependent)
• Platform policy changes
• Platform service interruptions
• Client-provided information accuracy
• Indirect damages from service use

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

• Monthly: Payment due within first 5 days of month
• Quarterly: Payment due within first 5 days of quarter
• Annual: Payment due within first 5 days of year

3.2 Late Payment Penalties

• 7 days late: 2% penalty per month
• 14 days late: 5% penalty per month
• 30 days late: Contract termination

3.3 Setup Fee

Initial setup fee: ฿2,000 (one-time, non-refundable)

4. Contract Duration

4.1 Contract Terms

• Starter Package: 1 month (renewable)
• Professional Package: 3 months (renewable)
• Enterprise Package: 12 months (renewable)

4.2 Cancellation

• 1-month term: Cancel anytime
• 3-month term: Cancel within 30 days
• 12-month term: Cancel within 60 days

4.3 Early Termination Fees

• 1-month: No penalty
• 3-month: 50% of remaining months
• 12-month: 30% of remaining months

5. Privacy and Data Security

5.1 Privacy

TOPSTUDIO keeps client information confidential and does not share it with third parties except as required by law.

5.2 Data Security

We use standard security measures to protect data. However, we are not responsible for data breaches from platform sources.

5.3 Data Deletion

Clients can request data deletion at any time. Data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legally required.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Reporting Issues

Clients must report issues within 7 days. TOPSTUDIO will attempt to resolve within 14 days.

6.2 Claims

Claims must be made within 30 days. Maximum compensation = 3 months of service fees.
